Bernice is a management consultant, facilitator, certified professional coach, certified grief recovery specialist and training professional with a career spanning over 25 years. She has managed sales teams, implemented marketing strategies, and developed training programs. Bernice is currently the president of Donaldson Management Group (DMG) which she founded in February of 1993. Today, DMG is a well-respected training and consulting firm which offers highly effective, customized training and coaching programs.
